Why we started Ontzorgd
Ontzorgd started with the ambition to address the frustrations and increasing problems in mental health care and the belief that artificial intelligence can offer a solution for that. 40% of your time goes to administration, 100,000 patients waiting for care and an increasing pressure on therapists: make optimal use of data for everyone's health. The Ontzorg platform supports healthcare professionals in making reports, writing letters and preparing research reports. But our ambition goes further: We are developing a platform that supports healthcare professionals not only with administration but also with diagnostics and treatment. We are developing a platform that supports the mental health professional to quickly form a fuller picture.

Sales Manager
Someone with at least 3 years of work experience in sales or a similar commercial role. Preferably with a strong network within mental health care or other relevant sectors. Someone who sees opportunities and helps us further accelerate our growth.
Account Manager/Business Developer
A commercial professional who builds relationships and creates new opportunities. Sales experience is a bonus, but not required. A background in AI, psychology or healthcare, for example, is a plus. We are looking for someone who is a valuable addition to the current team.
Sales Trainee
An enthusiastic student at higher professional or university level, at least in the third year of study of a commercial, business administration or similar course. Someone who wants to learn, shows initiative and gets energy from contact with people.
Senior Software Developer
An experienced developer with at least 3 years of work experience. Preferably with knowledge of our tech stack or similar technologies. Someone who works independently, values quality and likes to build an impactful product.
Psychologist Researcher/Designer
For this role, we are open to various profiles. We are thinking of someone with experience as a psychologist or psychiatrist who wants to contribute to product improvement, research or a more commercial role. Someone who can connect content expertise to innovation.
